Who we are

People Element was founded by two passionate professionals with a combined experience of over 25 years in the corporate world across Human Resources, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. Through extensive experience working closely with students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations, we identified a critical gap between academic learning and workplace readiness.

Our journey alongside entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and emerging talent inspired us to design programs that go beyond traditional training — programs that empower students with the confidence, communication skills, professional mindset, and future-ready capabilities required to thrive in an evolving professional landscape.

The Pathway to Success Workshop was definitely a game changer for not just me, but everyone that attended it. Pradnya Ma’am and Sajita Ma’am targeted extremely important avenues and wonderfully grabbed the attention of all the students present. Their module was extremely interactive and we analyzed some very heavy and interesting topics in an extremely fun way! They targeted topics like Communication, Leadership, Strengths and Weaknesses, Breathing Techniques among others. They managed to create a safe environment for the students to openly share their troubles and feelings without feeling judged. We were taught how to critically analyze issues and even introspect to change some aspects about ourselves and our thoughts! It was rightly called the “Pathway to Success” because I’m sure that everyone who follows these principles will definitely do extremely well in the future!
